Public Offer Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Operator provides the User with a one-time paid service of generating and downloading a business proposal in PDF format (hereinafter — "PDF Export") created in the Tezio service.

The service is considered rendered at the moment the PDF file is successfully generated and made available for download, regardless of whether the User actually saves the file.

2. Price and Payment Procedure

• Price per export: 700 KZT (seven hundred tenge)
• Currency: Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT)
• Payment method: Bank card via the БЦК Bank payment gateway
• Payment processing: Payment is made on the bank's secure page. Tezio does not collect or store card data.
• Free exports: Not provided. Each export requires payment.

The Operator reserves the right to change the price. The new price takes effect from the date of publication on the website and applies to exports paid for after that date.

3. Service Delivery Procedure

1. The User creates a business proposal in Tezio and clicks the PDF export button.
2. The User is redirected to the БЦК Bank payment page and completes the payment.
3. After successful payment, Tezio generates the PDF and initiates the download automatically.
4. The service is considered fully rendered from this moment.

4. Refund Policy

As PDF export is a digital service consumed at the moment of delivery, refunds are not made after the PDF file has been successfully generated.

Refund is made in the following cases:

• The PDF was not generated due to a technical failure on the Tezio side (server error, generation timeout), and the User did not receive the file.
• Double payment for the same export (duplicate charge).

To request a refund, write to studio@zhandarcompany.com with the subject "Refund" within 5 business days of the payment date. Include the payment date, amount and description of the issue. The Operator will review the request and, if the grounds are confirmed, initiate the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are made to the bank card used for payment.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Operator undertakes to:

• Generate the PDF upon successful payment.
• Process refund requests within the timeframes specified in section 4.
• Notify Users of price changes before they take effect.

The User undertakes to:

• Use the service lawfully and not violate third-party rights.
• Provide accurate contact details when submitting a refund request.

6. Liability

• The Operator is not liable for losses caused by incorrect data entered by the User in the proposal content.
• The Operator is not liable for payment processing failures on the bank's side.
• Total liability of the Operator to the User shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific export that gave rise to the claim.

7. Acceptance of the Offer

Payment for the PDF export service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Public Offer by the User. No separate written agreement is required.

This offer is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached — in court at the location of the Operator.
